If you are unable to attend, you may nominate an alternative delegate at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any of this event due to circumstances beyond our control or where there are ten or fewer delegates registered for the event. Where cancellation is necessary we will try to give delegates at least one week's notice.

Where a decision is made to cancel, delegates will be offered the choice of attending the same on an alternative date and different location where possible.
