Kai is a partner and heads our Corporate Strategy & Finance practice in Berlin office. He is also the Jurisdiction Head of Hammonds in Germany. His particular expertise covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Privatisations and Restructurings.
